Brew Can Co. needed to stand out in a crowded coffee market filled with colorful, busy designs. I created a bold black-and-white identity that feels more like a premium art piece than a grocery store product, with a simple hand-drawn coffee cup that adds personality without clutter.

Introduction

Hospitality as a Heritage

Eskedarani is built on a simple belief: food is how culture speaks. The flavours, the rituals, the act of gathering around a table — these aren't just dining habits, they're a way of life. The Makers were tasked with building a brand that could carry all of that meaning and make it legible to a modern audience without diminishing its depth. The result is a brand that feels rooted — confident in its origins and unafraid to share them.

The Eskedarani visual identity takes its cues from the rich visual heritage of the Middle East — geometric pattern, warm earth tones, and calligraphic influence translated into a thoroughly modern brand language. The palette of terracotta, saffron, and deep green evokes the warmth of the kitchen and the richness of the cuisine. The typography balances approachability with authority, welcoming guests before the food even arrives.

Building a Brand for the Table

The Makers delivered a complete brand system for Eskedarani: brand strategy, logo and wordmark, colour and typography guidelines, menu design, packaging, in-restaurant environmental graphics, social media identity, and digital templates. The system was designed to scale naturally across locations while preserving the intimacy that makes Eskedarani feel like somewhere you belong.

Eskedarani feeds more than hunger. The Makers built the brand that sets the table for everything it stands for.
